KAZAKHSTAN TO HOST THE ISSF SHOTGUN WORLD CUP (RANKING EVENT)!
From 2 to 11 May 2026, the ISSF World Cup Shotgun (ranking event) will be held in the Almaty region (Republic of Kazakhstan) at the Alexander Asanov Shooting Club.
As of April 20, 2026, 350 athletes from 43 countries have been registered: Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Canada, Chinese Taipei, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Individual Neutral Athletes, Ireland, Italy, Japan, , Kazakhstan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Kyrgyz Republic, Luxembourg, Mexico, Norway, People`s Republic of China, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Turkiye, Ukraine, United Arad Emirates, United States of America, and Uzbekistan.
The Alexander Asanov Shooting Club will bring together the world’s leading athletes in shooting
The ISSF Shotgun World Cup is a ranking competition that enables athletes to improve their position in the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) World Ranking and provides an opportunity to secure an Olympic quota place through the ranking for participation in the 34th Summer Olympic Games, to be held in 2028 in the United States of America.
